Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial or commercial cleaning and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas regularly to promote safety and cleanliness
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Adhere to the scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames
Skills
- Language: English
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in janitorial or building maintenance roles.
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
