Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team, providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair services for a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a background in HVAC systems, boiler systems, system maintenance and repair. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects within construction and maintenance environments, utilizing schematics and technical diagrams to ensure precise work. The position requires a skilled technician with a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling units, tankless water heaters, HRV and ERV's to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Furnace, AC, Heat Pump, ductless and tankless installation experience
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installation and repairs.
- Conduct start up tasks related to HVAC systems as needed.
- Be able to work safely from a ladder.
- Utilize skills for system repairs or modifications requiring metal fabrication and ductwork.
- Service boiler systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
- Diagnose and Repair HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times during installation or repair work
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong background in mechanical systems and critical thinking.
- Knowledge of boiler operation.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Mechanical knowledge with experience working on HVAC units, boilers, and related equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills combined with experience in maintenance environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications and licenses in HVAC or refrigeration are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
