Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining sanitation standards. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and all roles are paid positions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Assist customers with menu selections and upselling additional items to enhance their experience
- Manage cashier duties with accuracy and efficiency, including basic math calculations
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Maintain a welcoming environment by providing friendly customer service
- Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold sanitation and food safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for order totaling and change calculation
- Understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if needed
