What you'll be doing:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in project management
- Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive growth, and build strong relationships.
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Open to occasional travel within BC.
