We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Part-Time E-commerce Sales & SDR Specialist to support our growing online sales and business development efforts.
This role combines:
- E-commerce sales management
- Online marketplace support
- Lead generation
- SDR (Sales Development Representative) outreach
You will help manage sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces, while also generating qualified leads through outbound prospecting and online research.
The ideal candidate has both sales experience and a technical background, allowing them to understand products, communicate effectively with customers, and support technical sales conversations.
Candidates should also be comfortable working with modern AI-enabled software tools for sales, marketing, customer communication, automation, and productivity.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & Marketplace Sales
- Manage and support online sales platforms including:
- Shopify
- Amazon Seller Central
- Walmart Marketplace
- eBay
- Other e-commerce platforms
- Monitor product listings, pricing, and inventory
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests
- Process and track online orders
- Help improve online sales performance and conversion rates
- Coordinate promotions and product updates
SDR & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential customers and partners
- Generate qualified leads through:
- Indeed
- LinkedIn
- Email outreach
- CRM databases
- AI-powered prospecting tools
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and sales calls
- Maintain organized CRM records and sales pipelines
- Support new business development initiatives
QualificationsRequired
- Experience with Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Comfortable using AI-enabled software and automation tools
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Ability to understand and explain technical products/services
- Experience with lead generation or outbound sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Preferred
- Technical background in IT, electronics, software, networking, or related fields
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with AI sales tools, ChatGPT and Claude automation platforms, or digital marketing software
- B2B sales experience a plus
