Sterling Roof and Exteriors Ltd. located in Surrey, BC is looking for 2
Roofers to join its team as soon as possible. We are looking for
someone who can work full time and is reliable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install sheet metal flash
- Install, repair and replace built-up and single-ply roofs on
buildings;
- Apply plastic coatings and membranes, fibre glass over sloped
roofs before applying shingles;
- Inspect problems in roofs to determine best repair procedures;
- Spray roofs, sidings, and walls with material to bind, seal, insulate,
or soundproof sections of structure;
- Estimate material required and cost associated to it
- Inspect and clean all equipment; and
- Follow established safety rules and procedures.
- May perform other duties as requested
Eligibility Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required
- Over 3 years of work experience in the trade is required
Or
Completion of 2-3 years of apprentice program is required
Language: English
Location: All over lower mainland area, according to contracts
Salary: $37.00/hour for 32 to 35 hours/week
