Job Summary
We are new optical place and seeking a dedicated Freelance Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care services on a flexible basis. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while delivering high-quality eye examinations and vision solutions to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and senior care. The position emphasizes professional flexibility, allowing you to serve various clinics or practices as needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough eye examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and seniors
- Prescribe corrective lenses and other vision aids
- Maintain detailed patient records using our electronic health record system
- Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and lens care
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care
- Assist in sales of eyewear products and accessories when appropriate
Requirements
- Valid optometry license in Ontario (required)
