Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and food service experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining efficient service flow to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations across the restaurant, bar, and kitchen areas
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling procedures
- Lead, train, and evaluate team members including interviewing and onboarding new staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, customer service, and guest satisfaction
- Oversee restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow and efficiency in food production
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management, supervising teams, and food industry operations
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and kitchen operations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus for versatile service understanding
