The Opportunity
This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for a proven leader who will take ownership of our Project Management Division and become accountable for the successful execution of projects from handoff through completion. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will provide leadership, direction, and accountability to our team of Project Coordinators while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. You will be responsible for establishing structure, improving processes, driving performance, and ensuring every project is executed to the high standard our clients expect from Raven Roofing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Coordinators
- Establish clear expectations, priorities, and performance standards
- Create accountability systems that drive project success
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
- Identify and resolve project risks before they impact timelines or profitability
- Work closely with Operations, Estimating, Site Supervision, and Leadership teams
- Develop and improve departmental processes and workflows
- Monitor project financial performance and profitability
- Provide regular reporting and updates to the Director of Operations
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of Project Management experience ideally in construction, roofing, building envelope, or a related industry
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident decision-maker who is comfortable being held accountable for results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience implementing and improving operational processes
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
