Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Sign Installer / Message Changer / Laborer to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and changing signs and message boards at various locations. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
Duties
- Install new signs and message boards at designated sites using appropriate tools and equipment
- Change or update existing messages on signs according to client specifications
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of signage displays during events or projects
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on signage to ensure proper functioning
- Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning signs safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after job completion
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure personal safety and that of team members
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy signs (100 lbs)and standing for extended periods
- Good attention to detail to ensure accurate message changes and proper installation
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Must be able to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
- Must have a valid G2/G license with a clean driving record
Pay: $17.61-$20.00 per hour
