Manager
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Interview, hire, and train new staff members
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance
- Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other managers to improve overall business performance
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or retail management is required
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
- Strong recruiting, administrative, and payroll skills are desired
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is beneficial
