Job Overview
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing and wiring BMS (Building Management Systems) and related low-voltage control equipment
- Reading and working from electrical drawings, specs, and work orders
- Performing commissioning, point-to-point checks, and system troubleshooting
- Supporting site work within the Construction/Operations team
- Ensuring safe, high-quality installs that meet code
- Working with HVAC systems and digital control logic
- Collaborating with a crew that has your back
What We’re Looking For:
- Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal) with commercial experience
- Solid understanding of electrical theory and control wiring
- Comfortable with low-voltage and control systems
- Bonus if you’ve worked with:
- HVAC controls, BAS/BMS, VFDs
- Honeywell Webs, Niagara N4, or protocols like BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks
- PLC systems or have any IT/programming background
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Clear communicator and detail-oriented
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to keep learning
