Role Overview:
As a Sub-Prime Finance Specialist at Cars Deals Direct, you’ll handle the entire auto loan process from qualifying leads to finalizing deals. You will build strong customer relationships, manage the complexities of car sales, and drive the approval process for the loan. This role offers a blend of flexibility, professional growth, and competitive earnings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Process Management: Oversee and manage the auto loan approval process from initial lead to closing.
- Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting repeat business.
- Finance Coordination: Handle all aspects of the car sale, including negotiations and securing financing.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other sales team members to align on customer needs and vehicle options.
Requirements:
- Experience: Preferred Auto Industry sales experience with a proven track record of success, but not mandatory
- Self-starter who takes initiative and drives business growth.
- OMVIC license preferred
- A valid Canadian Driver’s License is required.
