- Foster excellent relationships with our clients, ensuring that customers are fully satisfied through every interaction with the service department.
- Execute all tasks with due diligence focusing on customer service and safety.
- Guide customers through service processes by addressing customer needs, responding to any complaints, scheduling appointments, advising customers on estimated costs of service and repairs, as well as explaining the nature of the service and repairs.
- Ensure all documentation/paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven customer experience excellence.
- Highly motivated and able to guide customers through every step of the service process in a timely manner.
- Ability to build relationships and politely interact with costumers both in person and on the phone.
- Knowledge of the automotive service and repairs process and dealership experience is an asset but not necessary.
