Budtender & Delivery Driver

Montrose Cannabis is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Budtender & Delivery Driver to join our team. This role combines in-store customer service, order processing, inventory management, and delivery fulfillment.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store with cannabis product recommendations and purchases
- Process online and in-store orders through POS and e-commerce systems
- Prepare and pack delivery orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Receive shipments and organize product inventory
- Maintain accurate product counts and assist with inventory audits
- Ensure compliance with AGCO regulations and store policies
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked
Requirements
- CannSell certification (required)
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with clean driving record
- Previous cannabis retail experience preferred
- Experience with inventory counting and stock management
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Bonus Experience
- Experience with delivery driving or courier work
- Familiarity with cannabis POS systems ( Greenline.)
- Experience handling online order fulfillment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
