- Proven experience as a Finished Carpenter
- Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for transportation to job sites
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
