Our Richmond client is seeking a permanent, full-time Junior Accountant to join their team.
**Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 + Bonus & Benefits**

Responsibilities:
- Assist with full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Provide support during audits and other ad hoc projects
Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (co-op or internship considered)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experienced user of MS Excel
