Reporting to the Human Resources Supervisor, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, participating in candidate evaluations, and drafting job descriptions as needed.
Support the planning and execution of Agnico Eagle’s community-based events, including stakeholder engagement, logistical coordination, and venue management.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or related discipline, complemented by a diploma or certificate in Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Note that the official working language at the Hope Bay mine is English.
This position follows a rotational schedule of 21 consecutive working days followed by 21 days allocated for travel and rest. Scheduling flexibility is required to support recruitment initiatives in the Western region.
This position is temporary, lasting approximately 12 months.
