Spice Lounge & Tapas – Port Credit
We are hiring friendly, professional, and organized hosts/hostesses to join the team at Spice Lounge & Tapas for patio season.
As the first impression of the restaurant, you will help set the tone for the guest experience. We are looking for someone who can manage busy nights, maintain composure under pressure, and create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and energy
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Coordinate seating flow between dining room and patio
Communicate effectively with servers and management
Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries
Help maintain an organized front entrance and host stand
Requirements
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Hospitality or restaurant experience is an asset
Evening and weekend availability required
