Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will support food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position is perfect for someone passionate about culinary, takes care and pride in their work and is eager to develop their skills in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients according to recipes.
- Support the cooking process by following established procedures and maintaining quality standards.
- Help with meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure safe handling of ingredients and finished products.
- Support catering events or special functions as needed, helping with large-scale meal prep.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environment preferred .
- Familiarity with food handling, safety regulations, and kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
