About the Role
We are currently hiring for the position of full time Back Server Assistant (Evening). In this role, you will be responsible for:

Stocking and organizing service stations with glassware, silverware, linens, and other essentials to ensure smooth service

Polishing and preparing all serviceware to maintain high luxury dining presentation standards

Assisting with the setup, breakdown, and resetting of dining tables to support fine dining service flow

Supporting servers and captains during service by clearing and refreshing tables discreetly and efficiently

Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards across service and back-of-house areas while following all safety guidelines
