Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Supervisor Guard to oversee security operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, surveillance, and loss prevention, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate security personnel effectively.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security staff to ensure comprehensive coverage of all areas.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and respond to suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Maintain detailed reports of security activities, incidents, and investigations for management review.
- Train new security personnel on surveillance procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and internal policies related to security operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in law enforcement, security supervision, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail in monitoring activities through surveillance equipment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of security personnel effectively.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or high-stress situations.

Pay: $16.62-$28.20 per hour
