G.E. Barbour Inc. is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Operator to join our production team in Sussex. As an Operator, you are the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Operators are responsible for:
- Pre-Operational Checks: Ensure machinery and materials are safe, clean, and meet Good Manufacturing Standards (including strict allergen protocols) before starting runs.
- Quality & Safety: Monitor equipment performance (time, temperature, seals, and weights). You have the authority to shut down a line if safety or food safety risks are identified.
- Documentation: Conduct material checks for lot tracking, document machine performance, and ensure all shop orders are accurate before filing.
- Production Flow: Load packed boxes onto pallets, adhere "license plates" to pallets with multiple production dates, and conduct yield measurements.
- Sanitation: Perform thorough clean-ups between product runs following SOPs and SSOPs.
