Critical Objective/s
- Ensuring the successful completion of daily delivery driver requirements.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 5 vehicle equipped with air brake systems, ensuring adherence to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies. Pick orders and build pallets.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations, securing, and unloading of cargo.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, checking the air brake system, tires, lights, brakes, and other components to ensure they are in proper working order. Report any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and representing the company positively.
- Maintain effective communication with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to provide updates on delivery status, potential delays, or any issues encountered on the road.
- Other driver-related tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license.
- Air Brakes Certification.
- Clean Driving Abstract.
- Available on Saturdays and Shift Work depending on operational requirements.
- Delivery Experience an asset.
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.

Working Conditions
- Regular Working Hours: 40 hours per week from 7:00am to 3:30 pm.
- Regular Working Days: Available on Saturdays and shift work.
- Weekend Work: May be scheduled based on business needs .
- Breaks: 2 x 30 minute breaks.
- Overtime: May be required based on business needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to drive for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. consistently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.64 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
