About the Role
We're looking for a Program/Project Manager to lead the delivery of an Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM Cloud implementation for a Toronto-based client. You'll own the plan, budget, risks, and stakeholder relationships from kickoff through hypercare, working alongside a Solution Architect and a cross-functional delivery team.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of an Oracle Fusion Financials + EPM Cloud implementation
- Build and maintain the project plan, RAID log, status reports, and steering committee materials
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing across functional, technical, and integration workstreams
- Run governance: steering committees, sponsor updates, change control board
- Coordinate with system integrator(s), client business teams, and Oracle support as needed
- Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare
- Identify and escalate risks early; drive issues to resolution
What You Bring
- 3+ years managing Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementation projects end-to-end
- Direct experience with Fusion Financials and EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS) implementations
- Proven track record managing project budgets, timelines, and multi-vendor delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management at executive level (CFO, Controller, VP Finance)
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Eligible to work in Canada
Nice to Have
- Background as an Oracle functional consultant before moving into PM (deep technical fluency)
- Experience leading consulting/SI engagements (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG, EY, IBM, Infosys, TCS, etc.)
- Scrum Master or SAFe certification
- Industry experience in [match to client]
Pay: $54,521.93-$123,705.74 per year
Experience:
- Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementation: 3 years (preferred)
- Fusion Financials and EPM Cloud implementations: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greater Toronto Area, ON
