Responsibilities
· Coordinate and support sales activities to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing service delivery
· Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
· Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, sales pipelines and customer data
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention
· Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
· Assist in project management tasks related to client implementations, renewals and service upgrades
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
· Support account management efforts by preparing reports, proposals and presentations for clients
· Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, market, product development and finance
Experience
· Proven experience in project management, customer relationship management or account management roles
· Familiarity with CRM platforms is highly desirable
· Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
· Prior experience in sales support in a fuel related industry a plus
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – are essential for effective client interaction
· Background in marketing or customer service roles will be advantageous
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
