About the Role

We are seeking a Broker Partnerships Advisor to help strengthen and grow our broker network across the province. Working closely with the Manager, Broker Partnerships & Growth, this role focuses on relationship development, broker support, market insight, and growth initiatives that align with My Mutual’s long-term strategy.
This position is based in Saskatchewan and involves regular travel and in-person engagement with broker partners. Regular presence at our Waldheim office is expected to support collaboration and connection with internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with brokers across Saskatchewan, serving as a trusted representative of My Mutual
- Support broker growth, onboarding, training, and adoption of My Mutual systems and processes
- Identify opportunities to expand broker partnerships and support sustainable business growth
- Gather and assess broker feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support business decisions
- Participate in product and pricing discussions by contributing broker and marketplace perspectives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Claims, Underwriting, Operations, and Digital teams to support aligned growth initiatives
- Maintain broker engagement records, opportunity tracking, and relationship reporting
- Represent My Mutual at broker meetings, industry events, and community functions
- Contribute to additional projects and initiatives that support organizational priorities
What We're Looking For
- Experience with broker relationship management preferred but will consider broker client facing, growth-oriented underwriting or B2B relationship management in other fields
- A strong understanding of the Saskatchewan P&C insurance broker marketplace
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel throughout Saskatchewan
- Proven history of building trusted professional relationships, communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Sound judgment, balancing growth opportunities with long-term profitability
- Ability to identify strategic opportunities and rally internal resources to collaborate on those opportunities
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and capability to prioritize on a continuous basis
- Ability to deliver effective presentations, training sessions, and lead group discussions
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- A Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or progress toward one is considered an asset.
Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
