Kitchen Team Member – Chachee’s Chai Café

About the Role:
We’re hiring dependable and hardworking kitchen team members to join our fast-paced environment. Whether you have experience or are looking to learn, we’re looking for people who show up ready to work and be part of a team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prep ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning, etc.)
- Assemble and plate menu items with care and consistency
- Cook and fry items to order, following proper techniques
- Keep your station clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food safety guidelines
- Support overall kitchen efficiency and team collaboration
What You Bring:
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced kitchen environments
- Positive attitude with attention to detail
- Reliable availability (Thursdays through Sundays, including holidays)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Culinary training or diploma (an asset)
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in high-heat environments

- Kitchen/Culinary: 1 year
- Line Cook or Cook Role: 1 year
