What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional patient assessments and evidence-based treatment.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver outstanding patient care and build long-term patient relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Assist with hiring, coaching, and developing clinic staff.
- Help oversee daily clinic operations and workflow.
- Work closely with ownership to implement growth strategies.
- Participate in business development and community outreach.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused clinic culture.

Compensation & Benefits
Expected Earnings: $100,000–$180,000+ annually, depending on experience, performance, and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications
Physiotherapist
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta (CPTA).
- Eligible for independent practice in Alberta.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
Chiropractor
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Chiropractors of Alberta (CCOA).
- Eligible for independent practice in Alberta.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of clinical experience (leadership experience considered an asset)
- Previous experience mentoring or managing a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business growth
- Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic is an asset
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care while helping build a successful practice
