Overview:
Our hotel is looking for a diligent and reliable Breakfast Attendant to help provide an exceptional morning experience to our guests. Rise and Shine! As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their day. A great attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality are key responsibilities in this role.
Your mornings will vary depending on the clientele, and flexibility is crucial in serving a diverse range of guests. You will be responsible for ensuring the dining room is set up and ready for our guests as they arrive, and you will provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service.

Breakfast Bar Setup & Breakdown: Assist in setting up and breaking down the breakfast bar during buffet service.

Inventory Management: Communicate with the kitchen to ensure the breakfast buffet is consistently stocked throughout service.

Dining Area Maintenance: Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized, following department standards.

Task & Request Fulfillment: Follow specific tasks and requests based on pre-existing arrangements for individual guest needs.

Food Service: Provide efficient food service, ensuring that guests are satisfied with their breakfast.

Cleaning: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the breakfast area, including sweeping and mopping after service.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred).

Experience: Previous food service experience is preferred.

Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay active and engaged throughout your shift.

Physical Stamina: Must be able to stay active during the entirety of the shift.
