Peace of Mind Therapy and Consultation (POM) is seeking a Full-Time Clinic Administrative Lead/Receptionist to join our Team! POM is an innovative, collaborative, multi-disciplinary mental health wellness center focused on providing clients with the services they need to reach their goals.
We are looking for daytime coverage with the ability to cover the occasional evening or weekend.

Education and Experience:
- Higher education preferred
- Training and experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Bookkeeping or experience with invoices and payroll
- Experience with Jane (or similar) scheduling system
- Ability to manage websites, advertising, social media, and communications is a plus
Qualified applicants will be:
- Well versed in the use of computers, social media, email, scheduling software, adobe, websites and EMR systems

Office Manager Duties:
- Provide customer service to clients (attend to phone calls, schedule appointments, intake interviews for new clients, welcome clients to the clinic for their appointments, respond to client emails, manage the waitlist, accept payments)
- Communicate clearly with clinicians, the admin team, and the clinic director
- Build relationships with each clinician/team member and clients
- Bookkeeping - invoicing insurance companies, managing accounts receivable, collecting outstanding invoices, processing contractor invoices, processing admin time sheets
- Social media and website management
- Scheduling and overseeing administrative/reception staff
- Managing workflow and tasks for the administrative team including a waitlist
- Manage room allocation, clinician schedules, and equipment
- Ordering supplies
- Light cleaning and attending to any issues that arise
