Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Used Car Sales Manager to join the team at Bolton Toyota.
Pay Rate: $95,000-$145,000
Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of our Used Vehicle Sales Department and help keep the team focused, motivated and moving forward.
Build a positive, high-performing culture where great effort, teamwork and customer service are recognized.
Help deliver an excellent buying experience and maintain strong customer satisfaction results.
Keep our used vehicle inventory fresh by sourcing quality vehicles, including opportunities from our busy service drive.
Work alongside the sales team to structure deals that make sense for the customer and the dealership.
Partner with the Service Manager to get vehicles inspected, reconditioned, photographed and ready for the lot or delivery without unnecessary delays.
Stay connected to incoming leads and used vehicle customers, helping ensure every opportunity receives the attention it deserves.
Keep the team informed and energized through regular meetings, coaching and open communication.
Stay current on manufacturer programs, lender updates, promotions and changing market conditions—and make sure the team is ready to use them.
Support the continued development of the team through hands-on coaching, daily conversations and weekly training.
Ensure all provincial licensing, dealership policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
Bring ideas, energy and a strong work ethic as we continue building Bolton Toyota into an equally strong destination for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership abilities
Strong Knowledge of CDK, 180, V-Auto, and Auto Alert
Proficient in overall computer skills with the ability to adapt to a sophisticated CRM system.
Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
A passion for customer service
Positive Can-do Attitude
Experience in Pre-Owned auto sales preferred
Two (2) years of management experience
Valid Ontario Driver’s License
Valid OMVIC License preferred
