Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and companionship to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients with daily activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental health and social engagement.
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe environment by preventing falls and managing safety hazards within the home or care facility.
- Follow care plans and documentation protocols accurately to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain respectful and professional interactions with clients, family members, and team members.
Requirements
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills and patience when working with diverse populations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred for travel between client locations.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
- Prior experience in caregiving, home health aide, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for new caregivers.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
