Summary
The Production Coordinator (Weekdays) plays a key role in supporting operations by ensuring production plans, machine programming, and logistics activities are executed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute cut lists to support daily production.
- Program machines for operations according to production requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics to plan site deliveries and manage shop transfers.
- Support day‑to‑day operations with accurate documentation and data entry
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during shifts.
- Experience in a production, operations, or manufacturing environment is an asset.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am to 5:15 pm
