Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers and find new business opportunities
- Reach out to potential clients, understand their supply chain needs, and create customized proposals.
- Share information about our logistics services; Ocean Import/Export, trucking and warehousing services
- Collaborate with management to meet sales targets and goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitive pricing strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns from clients
- Work together with the operations team to ensure seamless communication
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding sales
- Must be knowledgeable of freight forwarding operation in trucking, ocean and air transportation.
- Must be able to work independently
- Should have excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required (Reading, speaking and writing)
- Sales driven and self-motivated individual
- Show dedication to clients, with a talent for building and maintaining strong client relationships
