We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experience.
Duties
- To serve guests according to company standard
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, serving food, drinks, and support the servers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety
- To follow company standards guidelines
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Italian food
- Previous experience in Fine Dining
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
