Burdock is a Brewery, Restaurant and Music Hall in Bloordale, now in its 11th year of operation. We now also have a new Tavern in Kensington Market. We are a small team of hospitality professionals who are dedicated to providing great service and making really good beer.
Restaurant AGM Position Details:
We are looking for someone to join our team of managers in the restaurant. Ideal candidates will have multiple experiences working in hospitality, be friendly and kind, and have a passion for hospitality and service. Most important is that candidates love working in a team environment and be great people to work alongside. The Assistant GM will work directly with our Chef/GM and is responsible upholding service standards and guest experience, being the lead for the front of house team, scheduling, ordering, and maintaining a positive work environment. A desire to build empowering relationships with our team and guests, to understand and contribute to our culture, and an experienced perspective on how to ensure we're operating seamlessly as a group is a must. Requirements:

3-5 years of serving experience

Valid Smart Serve certification
