Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packaging Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring products are accurately packaged and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Duties
- Operate packaging machinery to fill, assemble and package products efficiently
- Inspect finished goods for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Lift and carry up to 30lb boxes repeatedly, and stand for long periods of time.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist in inventory management by labeling, sorting, and storing packaged items
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Must be 18 or older to work in this facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred
- Experience with packaging processes or assembly line work is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting
- Warehouse experience including inventory management is beneficial

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
