Les Fleurs Ma Passion – Las Flores Mi Pasión Boutique is looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-driven individual to join our growing team. If you love working with people, have a passion for flowers, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect gift, we'd love to meet you.
This position is ideal for someone with retail experience, a natural talent for sales, and an excitement to learn the art of floral design. You'll start by helping customers, supporting the boutique's day-to-day operations, and learning to create simple floral arrangements. As you grow with us, you have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and eventually help manage the boutique. We also want to hear from you if you are willing to work in the Shediac area!
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Build relationships with customers and confidently recommend products and floral arrangements.
- Process in-store, phone, and online orders.
- Learn to create simple floral arrangements and assist our florist as needed.
- Perform local flower deliveries.
- Receive flower shipments and help care for fresh flowers and plants.
- Open and close the boutique when scheduled.
- Help keep the boutique clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Previous retail or customer service experience required.
- A genuine passion for sales and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident in communicating with customers.
- Interest in flowers, plants, and learning floral design.
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for deliveries).
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Floral experience is an asset, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

Pay: $15.65-$19.50 per hour
