Senior Sales and Account Manager
Ensil is seeking a Senior Sales and Account Manager, with a minimum of Ten (10) years direct Sales and Account Management experience in North America with following responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Proactive, targeted outbound prospecting and following up on inbound leads leveraging phone, e-mail, and social media sales and marketing.
Conducting discovery calls with key stakeholders and aligning our solutions and value proposition to customer’s strategic objectives.
Preparing quotes and proposals and negotiating agreements in coordination with Management. Documenting activity and interactions in CRM
Working with Product Management Team and sharing customer feedback and competitive intelligence
Participate in team meetings and weekly 1:1 meeting with management and provide pipeline and forecast updates
Develop and maintain strong industry, product, and competitive knowledge
Compensation:
Competitive and above average base salary of $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 CND per annum
