Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Case Manager to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of immigration cases, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications, and providing exceptional support to clients throughout their immigration journey. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of immigration laws and procedures. The Immigration Case Manager will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their immigration goals while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Duties
- Manage and oversee a caseload of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, employment visas, asylum applications, and other immigration-related processes.
- Prepare, review, and submit legal documents and applications accurately and within deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with clients to gather necessary documentation, provide updates, and address questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with government agencies, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progress.
- Conduct research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance.
- Maintain detailed case records and documentation in accordance with firm policies.
- Assist clients in understanding the immigration process, eligibility requirements, and necessary documentation.
- Stay current on changes in immigration law and policy to ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in immigration law or case management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
