Job Title: Marketing and Community Engagement Coordinator

Job Duties:
- Work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate and create marketing and communications assets (videos, infographics, brochures)
- Manage corporate brand compliance
- Lead the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media)
- Manage and edit company blog
- Develop client case studies for marketing purposes
- Identify and complete nominations for applicable industry awards
- Plan and promote webinars and in-person sales events
- Develop and execute a social media and digital marketing customer engagement plan
- Manage SEO contractors and complete website updates as required
- Manage graphic and video design contractors
- Support the development of internal processes, checklists, and training modules
- Develop and coordinate internal communications
- Develop corporate sustainability reports
- Lead Indigenous relations communication plan
- Plan and coordinate community engagement events
- Report on performance of all marketing and communications activities
- Manage corporate templates, marketing collateral and ensure brand compliance.
- Copywriting and earned media management

Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent
Wage/Salary: $72,800/year; $35.00/hour (overtime payable per Alberta Employment Standards)

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent to.
Work Experience:
· 2+ years experience working as a marketing coordinator in the mining or engineering / environmental consulting industry is considered an asset OR experience working with highly technical groups in engineering, sciences considered an asset.
· 4+ years experience working in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
· 3+ years experience developing and deploying social media strategies and analytics.
· Experience developing corporate sustainability reports.
· Experience working with community engagement, specifically Indigenous relations.
· Experience reporting on various KPIs related to marketing and communication activities.
· Experience working with SEO contractors, graphic designers.
· Strong business and technical writing experience.
