We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Residential Plumbing and Drainage Service Technicians to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on hot water heaters, tankless, toilets, sinks and all plumbing related equipment and piping systems.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues (leaks, blockages, pressure problems) and recommend repair/replacement options.
- Upgrade outdated or non-compliant plumbing systems to current code
- Perform annual plumbing inspections
- Respond promptly to customer service calls and provide professional, courteous support.
- Identify upsell opportunities for maintenance plans or upgrades
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Install, test, and calibrate equipment when necessary.
- Provide clear, detailed explanations of service work to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on jobs.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and comply with company and industry standards.
- Keep company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential plumbing and drainage service
- Strong knowledge of residential Plumbing systems and components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Subject to a criminal background check.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, climbing ladders).
