As a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant, you’ll work across PeopleTools and PeopleSoft Financials—helping teams deliver reliable financial system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support. If you enjoy hands-on technical work (like PeopleCode, SQR, XML Publisher, and integrations) while also translating functional requirements into robust design and delivery, this is the role to build momentum with.
- Extensive, hands-on People Tools / PeopleSoft Financials development experience with strong command of People Code across GL / AP / AM modules
- Expertise with technical PeopleTools components, including:
- Application Engine
- File Layouts
- SQR
- XML Publisher
- Application Packages
- Component Interfaces
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials upgrade tools and PUM (considered critical)
- Ability to collaborate with customers and stakeholders to refine business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions
- Proficiency in creating Design Documents and Technical Design Documents
- Experience with Fluid development, including knowledge of Tiles and Homepage
- Experience with NVision / BI Publisher reports
- Experience working with latest PeopleSoft Tools releases and application versions
- End-to-end system integration experience, including external interface configuration and testing
- Strong SQL skills, including writing complex SQL to resolve data issues
- Experience working with web services to integrate third-party applications
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and drive timely resolution
- Experience using change control tools such as PHIRE and/or STATS
- Prior experience across a broader set of PeopleSoft modules beyond GL/AP/AM
- Demonstrated exposure to additional reporting/analytics integrations beyond NVision/BI Publisher
- Experience supporting multiple releases or upgrade waves with minimal disruption to business operations
- PeopleSoft / PeopleTools-focused experience (technical + techno-functional) is essential
- Preferred: candidates with a strong record of delivering PeopleSoft Financials development, integrations, and upgrades
