Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of performing a variety of physical tasks to support residental, commercial and municiple excavation projects. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared to work safely and efficiently while adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residental, commercial and municiple excavation tasks as directed by supervisors
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment around job sites
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support team members in completing projects on time and within scope
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
- Assist with installing septic systems, sewer and water services, Roads and Parking lots.
- Operate rotary lazer for verious excavations and grading projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Labourer or similar role is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory; reliable transportation is preferred
- Must be 18 years or older and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Experience in sewer and water, septic installation, retaining wall construction, landscapeing, road construction and any other excavation work would be an Assest

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
