Responsibilities:
- Providing design consultations and excellent customer service to contractors and homeowners
- Educate customers on products and design/renovation process
- Coordinate design consultations, quotations and orders
- Maintain a good relationship with clients throughout the entire design process to ensure outstanding customer experience
- Potential travel to locations to provide product presentations
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, cover reception and assist colleagues as required
Qualifications
- Proficient with Sketchup
- Experience with Vray is an asset
- Prior retail sales experience
- Interior design experience is an asset
- Ability to use MS office and Excel
- Ability to work a standard schedule, 8 hr shift, including four weekdays and one weekend days
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must have own vehicle
