Our client is seeking a Financial Consultant to support a key ERP and financial systems implementation stream. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology, supporting the integration of Oracle and Snowflake into enterprise reporting and planning processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, financial reporting accuracy, and alignment between systems during a major transformation initiative.
Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

Support the implementation of a key financial systems stream within a broader ERP/EPM transformation program

Work closely with Finance and IT teams to support integration between Oracle (ERP), Snowflake (data warehouse), and reporting tools

Assist in validating, reconciling, and mapping financial data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

Support the build and enhancement of financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation outputs

Troubleshoot data flow issues and support resolution of system or reporting discrepancies

Assist in testing, validation, and parallel runs during implementation phases

Contribute to documentation of processes, controls, and financial data structures

Support finance stakeholders in understanding system outputs and reporting logic during transition

Qualifications and pre-requisites: -
Strong finance background (FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Corporate Finance)

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and Snowflake

Exposure to financial systems implementations or ERP/EPM projects

Strong understanding of financial reporting structures, reconciliations, and data flows

Ability to operate in both finance and technical/system environments

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Experience with OneStream or similar EPM tools is an asset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
