Job description We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of Logistics/Customs co-Ordinator. "This position is for our Woodstock office location. Please only apply if you are interested in moving to Woodstock or residing in the area"
Job description As a Logistics/Customs Coordinator, your role within the company will be to add overall customer service value to our transportation management clients through various responsibilities that may include but are not limited to order entry, shipment tracking, documenting shipment exceptions, and invoice entry.

Critical Responsibilities:
· Coordinate pick up & Del of scheduled shipments.
· Track and Trace in-transit shipments and report any delays Identify issues that may delay the target on-time delivery of shipments and work to resolve these issues with the carriers.
· Identify issues within the day-to-day operations of the supply chain and effectively communicate those to the Client Relations team to ensure efficiency for the client and our organization.
· Execute and maintain daily client tracking reports that include on-time pick-up, transit delays, and on-time delivery.
Preferences:
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Pay: This is an entry level position starting @ $20.00/Hr
