We’re currently looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Associate to join our Fredericton team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Consultation
- Greet walk-in customers promptly and professionally
- Build rapport and understand customer project requirements
- Provide product recommendations and practical solutions
- Deliver a positive and informative showroom experience
2. Sales & Quoting
- Prepare accurate and detailed customer quotations
- Explain product features, benefits, and available options
- Follow up on quotes to support sales conversion
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process
3. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
- Maintain strong knowledge of windows, doors, building materials, and related products
- Stay informed about promotions, pricing, and new products
- Match customer needs with appropriate solutions
- Identify opportunities for additional sales and upgrades
4. Showroom Presentation & Organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
- Ensure displays are properly maintained and stocked
- Assist with merchandising and promotional displays
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and visitors
5. Sales Activity & Performance Tracking
- Track sales activity, customer interactions, and quote conversions
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Support sales reporting requirements
- Contribute to achieving team sales goals and objectives
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or showroom sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and establish customer trust
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prepare accurate quotes
- Comfortable using computers, sales software, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of windows, doors, building materials, or construction products considered an asset
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
