ILT Group is the exclusive Canadian partner of Oniverse (formerly Calzedonia Group), one of Europe’s leading fashion retail groups with more than 5,000 stores worldwide.
We are looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of our brand-new Intimissimi boutique at CF Sherway Gardens.
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s commercial success, customer experience and team development. Working closely with the senior leadership of ILT Group, you will play a key role in adapting the authentic Italian Intimissimi experience to the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & KPI Management
- Drive store profitability by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and retail KPIs, including Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV and Sales Productivity.
- Lead by example on the sales floor through active selling, expert bra fitting, personalized styling and exceptional customer engagement.
- Coach the team in real time to continuously improve sales performance.
Operational Excellence
- Take full ownership of daily store operations.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, shipment processing and replenishment.
- Ensure outstanding operational standards, health & safety compliance and administrative excellence.
Visual Merchandising
- Execute corporate visual merchandising standards with precision.
- Adapt merchandising strategies to maximize sales while maintaining the premium identity of the Intimissimi brand.
Team Development & Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, train and retain top retail talent.
- Build effective schedules that support business needs.
- Create a positive, energetic and performance-driven culture.
- Inspire, coach and develop your team through continuous feedback and leadership on the sales floor.
Business Development
- Analyze sales reports and store performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop local action plans to improve business results.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with senior leadership to help shape our future expansion across Canada.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Store Manager ready for the next step.
- Experience in fashion, lingerie, apparel, beauty or premium retail.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving retail KPIs.
- Strong experience leading from the sales floor rather than managing from the office.
- Passion for coaching teams and developing selling skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- A hands-on, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Compensation
Gross Salary Range: $58,000 - $68,000 (depending on experience) + performance-based bonuses and monthly commission opportunities (On-Target Earnings up to $80,000+).
